Thanksgiving!
Wednesday, November 24, 2010! We decided that for dinner the night before Thanksgiving we would watch Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and eat their dinner. (Thanks for the idea Darla.) So we got out the TV trays. We had popcorn, toast, jelly beans, pretzels and chips for dinner. We had a great time and decided this should be our new tradition. It is fine with mom, that is one less meal I have to cook. For Thanksgiving this year we stayed here at our house. We had our friends Heather and Tracey Rau over for dinner. Their kids were at their dad's for the holiday, so it was just the two of them. We had a wonderful dinner with all the Thanksgiving fixin's. We followed dinner with a family movie and a rest on the couch! It was a great day!
We promised Tyler that when he got his casts off we could go do something fun as a family. He chose to go to Chuck E. Cheese's, so Friday we went and had pizza and let the kids play some games. They had a great time.
