Tyler's Go for the Gold!

Tyler's has a Go for the Gold book.  In this book he gets to learn about new things and write about what he learned.  There are 90 items to choose from.  For every 30 items he completes he gets a medal!  Tyler finished his first 30 and got his bronze medal!  (It has a cookie attached to the back!)  He worked really hard and we are very proud of him!  Way to go Tyler!

The boys each got a new robe and Sarah got these bubbles to use in the bath and some hair stuff!

The kids got their bed "heart-attacked!"  Sarah and mom went to Dad's school and "heart-attacked his desk."  It was a great day and we enjoyed showing each other how much we love them.  Wayne got me some flowers, but I have no picture of that!

Sarah wasn't sure about sitting by the window!  She said it made her tummy hurt.  She was a little nervous when it was time to land, but really enjoyed the plane ride!  The boys loved it!  They had a lot of fun!  It was a perfect flight for their first one!  It is only about 1 hour and 20 minutes in the air.  On the way to Phoenix it was really cloudy and we couldn't see much over Utah, but on the way home it was clear and we got to see it all!  The Grand Canyon was awesome!  The kids couldn't believe how big it really was.

After we got back from the stadium we sat in the warm sun!  Dad and Grandpa played a little pool!

We went to Dan's house for dinner and Family Home Evening!  We had a great time!

We had a great trip!  The weather was awesome, the company was fabulous, and there was plenty of fun!

Sarah and Rand on the Love Sac!

We went to church in Dan's ward.  Sarah's primary teachers were Grandpa and Tanner!  She loved that!  Tyler went with Grandma to her class and Braden went to his class. 

After church we went to Dan's and had dinner and watched the first half of the Superbowl.  We had fun hanging out with the boys!  (Louise had a meeting at church, so we didn't get to see her too much on Sunday.)

We went to the Train Park in Scottsdale!  There were a couple of playgrounds for the kids to play on and a two different trains to ride, and also a carousel!  We went with Darla's family!  The kids had a lot of fun playing with their cousins!
